Return/Refund General Policy

Our No-Hassle Return Policy

We, at Jennifer Jane, want happy babies and happy nursing mamas! If it doesn’t fit, if you don’t like it, or if you end up not being able to breastfeed, simply send it back us. Unworn, unwashed and unused merchandise in its original condition may be returned for exchange or refund of merchandise price within 30 days of receipt.  Any returned items in new condition with original tags and packaging that are returned to us after the 30 day return period are eligible for store credit only.  No exceptions.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

**Any items that have clearly been used, worn or washed, are not in original condition and are not defective will not receive a refund.**

Incorrect Orders
We are good but we’re not perfect! If we accidentally ship you incorrect merchandise, we will reimburse you the cost of shipping the package back to us or we can send you a return label.  As soon as we receive the incorrect order, we’ll send you the correct order with free shipping.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange merchandise, you pay the shipping charges to send your items back to us.

Returns
If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you pay for shipping it back to us.  Your original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we receive your package, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. Any returned items in new condition with original tags and packaging that are returned to us after the 30 day return period are eligible for store credit only.  No exceptions.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Defective Goods Policy
The defect must be noticed prior to being worn/used or washed.  Jennifer Jane does not know if the care instructions were followed once the item has been worn and washed. The defect rate is extremely low. Poor care, such as not following washer/dryer instructions can also result in product defects, in which case, Jennifer Jane, is not responsible. If the product is defective before wear/use and wash, the item must be returned to us and inspected before any new item is shipped out. If you have any further questions, please contact us.
